Type /premortem in any channel. Give your session a topic and invite your team to join in the thread.
Team members submit risks directly in Slack. Then hit Generate risks — AI reads the context and surfaces additional risks your team may have overlooked.
Everyone rates each risk by likelihood and severity. Finish the session to get a prioritized summary — highest-impact risks at the top, color-coded for clarity.
